You can privately record photographs, Milestones and notes as a project develops, then choose to turn that story into a sealed, shareable publication.

A publication can be shared through a web link or connected to a physical creation through a badge with QR code.

Provenance is the recorded origin and history of an object.

For a handmade creation, that may include who made it, where its materials came from, how it was created and the decisions that shaped the finished work.

Qronika helps makers preserve their own account of that history, supported by photographs and Milestones.

Qronika does not independently verify ownership, authorship or authenticity.

Qronika is for makers, artists and creators who want to preserve the story behind something they have made or restored.

It can be used for woodworking, furniture, ceramics, sculpture, leatherwork, paintings, textiles, restoration and many other kinds of projects.

While Qronika offers a standard stainless steel QR badge, we understand that every creation is different. If you'd prefer a badge in another material, shape or style to complement your piece, please contact us to discuss customisation options. We'll be happy to explore a solution that suits your creation.

No. Qronika is designed for many different kinds of making, restoring and creating.

The common idea is preserving the story, origins and development of a creation, rather than focusing on a particular craft.

1. Create a project and record its Milestones, photographs and notes privately for free.
2. When you're ready, choose a publication template and preview your story.
3. Choose Publication Only or Publication + Stainless QR Badge.
4. Optionally add a Keepsake Album during checkout.
5. Complete your one-off payment.
6. Access your sealed publication, share its link and download your publication package and badge artwork.

If you purchased a Keepsake Album, you can download its PDF through your account once generated.

No. Creating a private project and recording its Milestones, photographs and notes is free.

You pay only if you decide to publish the story.

A Qronika publication includes a public webpage presenting your creation's story using your selected Heritage, Gallery or Journal template, with support for up to 50 photographs.

You can also download a self-contained copy of the published page and its images, together with Qronika QR badge artwork in PNG and SVG formats.

If you choose the physical badge option, Qronika also produces an Original Qronika Stainless QR Badge for your project.

Qronika currently offers three publication styles:

• Heritage: A classic, story-focused presentation.
• Gallery: A photograph-focused presentation for visually rich creations.
• Journal: A chronological presentation of the project's recorded Milestones and making journey.

No. Some project details are optional, and the publication templates adapt to the information you provide.

You can preview your story before publishing and decide whether it represents your creation as you intend.

Yes. You can preview your publication using the selected template and make changes to your project before completing publication.

No. A Qronika publication is sealed at the time of publication and cannot be edited afterward.

This means the published page represents the project and its story as recorded at that point in time.

A purchased Keepsake Album is based on the same sealed record and cannot be edited through Qronika afterward.

No. Publication Only includes the complete digital publication and downloadable QR badge artwork.

You can share the publication directly or use the supplied artwork to create a marker suited to your piece.

Yes. Your publication includes complete Qronika badge artwork in PNG and SVG formats.

You can use this artwork to create, print, engrave or otherwise produce a marker appropriate for your creation.

You can use the supplied artwork with your work or packaging, or to produce your own QR marker.

The artwork includes a QR code that links directly to your published Qronika story.

It is an optional physical badge produced for your published project.

Its QR code connects the physical creation to the corresponding Qronika publication, allowing someone to discover the maker's recorded story.

A QR badge can be attached to or displayed with suitable furniture, sculpture, artwork, restored objects and other physical creations.

Whether it is appropriate depends on the object's material, size and intended use.

Yes. Your publication can include supported maker website and social-media links, allowing visitors to discover more of your work.

Private project recording is free.

You can choose:

• Publication Only — A$39: Complete digital publication and downloadable QR badge artwork, without a supplied physical badge.
• Publication + Original Qronika Stainless QR Badge — A$49 plus delivery: The same complete digital publication, plus the physical badge.

An optional Keepsake Album digital PDF costs A$10 and can be added during publication checkout with either option.

There is no subscription required.

No. Qronika uses one-off payments for individual publications.

You can create and record your project privately before deciding whether to publish.

When you publish, Qronika creates a self-contained static webpage containing your published story and images.

Because that page does not need the Qronika application or database to generate its content for each visitor, it is relatively simple and inexpensive to host over the long term.

This allows Qronika to include publication hosting in the one-off price without requiring a subscription.

Your private project information is used to prepare your publication.

When you publish, the information and images included in the public page become part of the sealed publication record.

Qronika is designed around long-term story preservation.

Our aim is to keep published pages available for the long term. However, we do not promise that an online page will remain hosted forever.

Publications are created as self-contained static packages, and makers can download their publication package to retain their own copy.

A published Qronika project is created as a self-contained static package containing its public webpage, published images and complete QR badge artwork.

The package can display the published story without relying on the Qronika application or its database.

You can download your published package through your Qronika account and retain a copy, including for independent hosting if necessary.

The continued operation of an existing QR link depends on the destination remaining accessible.

A Keepsake Album is a downloadable digital PDF containing the story, photographs and details included in your sealed Qronika publication.

It is designed as a personal companion to your published story.

No. It is an optional A$10 add-on selected during publication checkout.

Not currently. The Keepsake Album is offered during publication checkout with either publication option, rather than as a separate purchase afterward.

Once your publication is complete and the album has been generated, you can download the PDF through your Qronika account.

Generation may take a little time.

Yes. You can save or share the PDF and print it personally.

Qronika supplies a digital file and does not print or ship physical albums.
